Veggie Tempo & Sushi is a restaurant specializing in vegetable sushi.

This is a vegan course meal provided by one of Japan's few vegetable-specialized sushi chefs and a French chef.

The menu is limited to the omakase course, which requires reservations and starts all at once.

Only 10 seats are available for private reservation.

The store will hold a pre-opening for six months from October 2023, with a grand opening scheduled for April 2024.

Until the grand opening, we will be open only on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Wednesday: 12:00 noon (starts all at once)
Wednesday: 18:30 (starts all at once)
Saturday: 17:00 (starts all at once)
Saturday: 20:00 (starts all at once)

10 pieces of vegetable sushi

After the grand opening, course fees start from 7,700 yen

Draft beer, wine, sherry, sake, handmade drinks (from 400 yen)
*The chef is a certified wine sommelier, has the Venencia d'Or qualification for sherry (and has the best track record in Japan), and has won awards in various cocktail competitions.
