Allergy-friendly cake　Anshin

Our shop, "Allergy Cake Anshin," specializes in the production and sale of cakes and baked goods that do not use any dairy, eggs, or wheat. The chef himself suffered from severe food allergies as a child and experienced the frustration of "not being able to eat the same cakes as everyone else with peace of mind." This experience led him to start the shop with the desire to reduce the number of people who have to go through the same thing. Currently, we carefully handcraft each and every sweet so that people with food allergies and vegans can enjoy them with peace of mind. We use body-friendly ingredients such as rice flour and soy, and we are also committed to deliciousness. For important occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries, we deliver "the happiness of being able to choose with peace of mind" to people all over Japan through our online shop.
