Hacco restaurant enn is a restaurant themed around Japan's traditional food culture of "fermentation (Hacco)" that offers dishes that are gentle on both the body and mind. It features healthy menus that make use of fermented foods such as miso, soy sauce, and amazake, drawing out the umami of the ingredients. During lunch, we serve Japanese cuisine centered on fermented foods, and during dinner, we offer creative Italian dishes incorporating fermentation. Both time slots have vegan options available, allowing guests to enjoy dishes without animal products safely.
