At Ume no Hana, a yuba and tofu restaurant, we consider our customers' health and carefully select ingredients that can be eaten with peace of mind, preparing each and every dish with care and dedication. Using traditional Japanese ingredients such as yuba and tofu as a base, we combine seasonal ingredients to provide creative kaiseki cuisine that breaks new ground in Japanese cuisine.
