Located in Kagawa Prefecture, the home of udon, this restaurant serves plant-based, gluten-free Sanuki udon. All dishes are prepared by chef Katsuzo Kusumoto of the vegan restaurant Saido, and the sweets are supervised by Mont Saint Clair pastry chef Hironobu Tsujiguchi. Enjoy a special full course meal using selected vegetables, with homemade rice flour udon as the main dish. From the nature-rich coast of Setouchi to people all over the world. We deliver the joy of sharing delicious food around the same table. The main udon noodles are made from wheat-free, chewy rice flour noodles, developed through trial and error. The dishes are prepared using a cooking method that brings out the natural flavor of the vegetables, resulting in a satisfying taste that is hard to believe is plant-based. Plant-based, gluten-free, and no MSG. Halal is also available, and most dishes are free of the five pungent vegetables.
