Bioyatsu

A confectionery shop that uses pesticide-free brown rice flour, wheat flour, and animal ingredients. We have renovated a room in our apartment and bake delicious snacks on an irregular basis. Taking advantage of my experience working at a confectionery store overseas, I mainly focus on snacks made overseas. This is a snack for adults that uses organic and pesticide-free ingredients as much as possible, and is spiced up. The main dish is carrot cake, which is flavored with our signature spices.
We mainly sell our products irregularly online and by picking them up in stores.
