An all-vegan cafe that uses local ingredients such as pesticide-free rice and vegetables

100% vegan cafe. For lunch, we have a plate lunch and a veggie burger.

The ingredients are mainly rice and vegetables from Kumamoto Prefecture grown without pesticides. The rice is Nagaoka-style fermented brown rice, and the seasonings are all natural.

The sweets are also 100% vegan.

We are grateful for the energy of nature and operate with the desire to support farmers and manufacturers who are close to the workings of the universe.
