Hoto pasta has been selected as a 100-year food by the Agency for Cultural Affairs!

Agricultural Cafe ZENCHO serves excellent regional cuisine made with locally grown vegetables and other quality ingredients. Can also be enjoyed by vegans and vegetarians.

Our hoto pasta, which uses hoto noodles, a local Yamanashi dish, has been selected as a 100-year food by the Agency for Cultural Affairs.

Our soybean flour fried bread, soy milk soft serve ice cream, and soybean canelé made with the nationally famous regional specialty [Akebono soybeans] are also popular.

We also accept viewings of the attached accommodation facility [Geihinkan Ebisuya] as much as possible.
