Soba noodles for each season are now available! Handmade soba specialty store in Otaru
This is a small soba restaurant located a little far from the main tourist area of Otaru City.
The owner also lives a vegan lifestyle.
Opening in June 2022
This is a handmade soba restaurant that uses homemade flour.
In November 2023, we began making soba soup in earnest using only plant-based ingredients.
The soup stock is mainly made with cat's foot kelp from Nemuro, Hokkaido, log shiitake mushrooms from Shintoku Town that are free of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, dried daikon radish, and Kurosengoku soybeans. We are also particular about using soy sauce, mirin, and salt.
We use naturally grown vegetables from local farmers and organic foods to pair with our soba, providing delicious, safe and secure soba noodles.
Every month, we hold a collaboration event of our vegan soba with a retail store in Otaru city that sells natural foods and products that do not use animal products.

煎りえごまが入ったつけ汁に蕎麦をつけて食べる「えごまいくさ汁」が衝撃的な美味しさ!!
一口目から、濃厚なつゆとツルツルでコシのある蕎麦の相性の良さを堪能できます。
最後は蕎麦湯もお楽しみ。本当に最後まで美味しくいただきました!
つけ汁がクリーミーで、初めて食べるお蕎麦でしたが、どこか懐かしいような、ほっとする味わい。
オリジナリティ溢れる蕎麦や、時季の蕎麦、菜食の蕎麦、と多彩ながら手打ちの腕が光るお店でした。常連さんもたくさんいらっしゃいましたよ。ヴィーガンのお蕎麦は本当に珍しいし、心意気を応援していきたいです。
