We are a small, completely vegan bakery located in an unexplored region that uses natural yeast and domestic wheat.

Since I work alone, I can't make a lot, but I carefully listen to the voice of the yeast as I make the bread.

It is used not only by vegans but also by health-conscious people, those who want to avoid additives, and those who prefer domestic wheat and natural yeast.

We are only open two days a week, but we often bake for mail order or for children on other days as well. The owner will welcome you with a smile as he loves to bake bread, working hard in the fields and at home.
