We make macrobiotic bentos using locally produced brown rice, vegetables, and seasonings made using traditional methods, as well as simple Japanese sweets made from domestic or organic natural ingredients.

Grown locally in Koshihikari from Uonuma. Made with 100% organic, pesticide-free or naturally grown brown rice!

We use locally grown vegetables, pesticide-free, reduced pesticides, naturally grown, and organically grown vegetables whenever possible!

Opens at 8:00 in the morning (opens at 9:00 in winter) Closes at 20:30 on Fridays and Saturdays (22:00 from June to August)

During my three years of strict dietary regimen in order to completely cure my atopic dermatitis and early tongue cancer, I have not only seen the disappearance of my symptoms, but also improved my mental health, and reflected on things such as how I live my life and how I think about happiness. , I realized that I can improve my mind and body through macrobiotic practices.

We started this shop with the desire to improve ourselves together with everyone through macrobiotics.
