Owner-chef Tanaka obtained his nutritionist license at the age of 20.

After working as a nutritionist for a year, he entered the world of Italian cuisine in Osaka.

He trained at several Italian restaurants in Osaka and Kobe, and when he was 26 years old, he left for Italy to train as a chef for about five years. He worked extensively from the south to the north and returned to Japan at the age of 31.

After returning to Japan, he joined an Italian restaurant in Osaka and served as the head chef for about four years. After his retirement, he opened his own store "LA VERITA" on March 6, 2013. It's been 10 years.

Starting this year, we have also expanded our menu to ensure that those with wheat allergies and those on a low-salt diet can visit our restaurant with peace of mind.

We are currently selling rice flour dessert sets, take-home rice flour donuts, pancakes, rice flour baguettes, and pizza dough.
