Vegan Restaurant Sui

A vegan restaurant on the 2nd floor of Nayuta, a “healing theme park” in Hisayama Town, Fukuoka Prefecture.

A veteran French chef who has served as the head chef of famous hotels cooks nutritious ingredients, mainly local organic vegetables.

Some of the herbs are from the on-site vegetable garden. Not only veganism, but also the concept of macrobiotics is casually incorporated (no white sugar, etc.).

As of spring 2023, only one weekly lunch plate is offered. In addition to the main plate, soup and homemade weekly bread are also included.

After dinner, you can relax at the organic coffee cafe next door (cafe letter). From the restaurant, you can see the magnificent nature of Hisayama, such as lakes and forests.

We offer meals that are pleasing to the mind and body.
