Brown Rice Ball HITOYASUMI

A restaurant serving rice balls and obanzai on the 1st floor of Nayuta, a “healing theme park” in Hisayama Town, Fukuoka Prefecture.

Our staff cooks organic brown rice from local organic farmers every morning with firewood.

The vegetables are mainly organic, and the seasoning is completely additive-free.

The obanzai doesn't even use five pungent roots, and the veteran Kappo chef creates casual vegan Japanese food.

There is also a cafe where you can see the lake and forest in Nayuta, so you can take a break here after eating.

We offer meals that are pleasing to the mind and body.
