Sobaful

Sobaful is a 100% buckwheat, gluten-free and vegan Soba Restaurant.

Not only the Soba, but also snacks such as rice-flour tempura and desserts such as buckwheat-flour galette are gluten-free. No wheat flour is brought into the restaurant.

*Soy sauce contains wheat. Gluten-free soy sauce is also available. Please inquire.

Ingredients are made from organic vegetables, organic soy sauce, natural salt, natural sugar, and other natural ingredients that are friendly to both the body and the environment.

Everything is handmade and additive-free.

Vegan soba noodles made with vegetarian broth made only with "Makobu Kelp" and "Donko Shiitake Mushrooms".

Vegetarians and vegans alike will be amazed at how delicious it is without bonito.

Our restaurant will be also helpful for those who are on a diet, recovering from a fast, or any other person who are refraining from animal products.

The name of the restaurant comes from "Jyuwari Soba" which means "100% buckwheat flour" → "Soba+full" → "Sobaful".

The owner, a diet trainer and natural food coordinator, uses organic vegetables and other nutritious ingredients to create soba noodles that will revitalize both body and soul.

From 1:00 p.m. until closing, you can order galette, mini parfait, buckwheat bread, and drinks.
We have many vegan options on both our soba and cafe menus.
