Fermented food restaurant ROJIURA

A restaurant that serves dishes made with “koji” , molted rice and seasonal vegitables. , We also serve sweets made with fermented rice drink for health by reducing use of sugar.
We use local organic vegetables and also organic ingredients to make meals that are kind to both the body and the earth. We organize our menu daily so that vegans and non vegans can gather around the same table. We hope you will spend a relaxing time in old and quaint building, as if you were at home.
