Minoya serves vegetable Kaiseki ryouri (a traditional Japanese food course dinner). You can choose from either a regular Japanese food course dinner (Minoya course) or a vegetarian (vegan) course dinner.
The soup stock for the vegetarian course dinner is made from only kelp and vegetables, which is different from regular soup stock which is made from bonito flakes, but both are prepared to bring out the flavor and sweetness of the ingredients.
The contents of our course dinners change every month as the seasons for vegetables change. Our dinners, include 30 different vegetables and are only 600kcal in total, are always fresh, healthy and stress free to the body! Of course you feel full and satisfied after eating up!
