Restaurant himizutuchi was renewed and reopened in August 8, 2017.
In addition to meat and fish dishes, the main menu is quality vegetables such as naturally farmed vegetables! We serve vegetables in season prepared in the best cooking method.
The seasonings used for dishes are available at the “Natural Harmony” on the first and second floors.

王道のベジレストラン
自然栽培を中心としたこだわり野菜、食材販売の老舗、ナチュラルハーモニーに併設のレストラン。銀座店は今年移転オープン、自然素材のかわいらしい建物でホッと癒されます。
安定の浅川シェフのお野菜を生かした美しいお料理はおいしい。
幅広い層にオススメできるレストランです。

ナチュラルハーモニーに併設されているので、お野菜が新鮮。野菜のうまみが引き出されていて、野菜っておいしい！と思えます。一皿に8種類も乗ってくるので、迷ってしまいます。デザートも1品でないのが女子には嬉しいです。
