AIN SOPH. began its history with the opening of the Ginza store in 2009.
Having been our roots, AIN SOPH.'s Ginza location reopened its doors in a new location in November 2016!
On the first floor is AIN SOPH.'s first ever patisserie, offering a line up of baked sweets in addition to puddings and tiramisu.
The second to fourth floors are the vegan restaurant. The large windows provide a bright and clean atmosphere. The offerings are generally prepared in Japanese style with delicate and inventive dishes served on carefully selected Japanese dishware.
The entire building is rich with ambiance at the Ginza store. It is a must-visit healthy restaurant.
