手打ちの美味しいほうとうを中心にしたヴィーガン、オーガニックのお料理がたくさん。豆乳たんたんほうとう、豆乳グラタンほうとうなど他では食べられないアレンジが食べれます。
熟成味噌など伝統調味料のおいしさも素晴らしいです。
デザートのパフェもめちゃくちゃ美味しいそうなので今度はたべてみたい。
