This is a farm-run restaurant that uses plenty of Shonan vegetables grown in an environmentally friendly manner without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, either from their own farm or contracted farmers. All of the dressings and curry roux are homemade, and the rice they serve is made from 30-minute polished, pesticide-free rice. They also stock organic wines and sweets, and have an area where Shonan vegetables are sold directly and where natural foods are also sold. Be sure to try their original "salad rice," which is rice topped with a generous serving of salad, and their local Shonan green juice, "Shonan Kikuimo Aojiru," made from Jerusalem artichokes from their own farm. This open shop is a 1-minute walk from Zengyo Station, and features a large display of vegetables in the storefront.
