We aim to make Hokkaido beans more accessible and offer them in a variety of creative ways. We provide unique, colorful, and fun bean dishes that are unlike anything you've seen before, and have received great support from local residents and tourists from both Japan and abroad. Our menu includes gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options such as bean-based rice balls, bean smoothies, chili with soy meat, bean and rice muffins, and vegan cheese bean pizza. Beans are a "superfood" that is gaining global attention, packed with high-quality protein, fiber, B vitamins, calcium, iron, polyphenols, and other essential nutrients!
