Fermented Cafe Loop

Lunch is made with rice from Toyama Prefecture and seasonal vegetables, using traditional fermented seasonings. We offer hearty meals that are satisfying and hearty, with a focus on the health of our guests, even though they contain minimal animal products. The cafe menu includes homemade brown rice amazake, drinks made with plant-based milk, and organic specialty coffee, all of which are dairy-free and refined sugar-free. There is also a dog run, so you can enjoy meals and cafes with your dog inside the dog run (reservations required).
