My Dish

In 2023, I moved from Kokubunji, Tokyo, and opened the cafe "My Dish" in Hokuto, Yamanashi Prefecture. Our cafe is still frequented by customers who used to visit our shared kitchen in Kokubunji. Whether you can eat anything or have dietary restrictions (vegetarians or vegans), we are a cafe where you can share the "same deliciousness". We have a seat to suit everyone: a relaxing place surrounded by trees, a seat where you can see the cute wild birds, a seat where you can read a book, or a seat where you can have a fun conversation with the owner. Our "gluten-free pasta" lunch made with seasonal ingredients has a reputation for being "these ingredients are so delicious!!!" and we have many repeat customers who come every month.
