Cafe Mamemasa

Cafe Mamemasa is located in Nishinoichiirocho, Takayama City, Gifu Prefecture. It is a 15-minute walk from JR Takayama Station. All menu items are vegetarian, gluten-free, and free of refined sugar and chemical seasonings. We offer mainly vegan seasonal lunches made with FTW-style fermented enzyme brown rice, organic acai bowls, and rice flour chiffon cakes (made with eggs) made without baking powder. We also have rice flour bagel sandwiches and mini fermented enzyme brown rice bread. We have a tatami room with whiteboards and building blocks, and we also have an allergy-friendly children's menu. Nearly all drinks are organic. We also serve wild herb tea. We use homemade fermented koji seasonings such as fermented enzyme brown rice amazake in our dishes. We look forward to your visit.
