Healthy Factory I is a low-carb sweets specialty store that opened in Hamura, Tokyo in June 2018.

How about low-carb sweets that can be enjoyed safely by those who are on a carb restriction due to dieting or diabetes or other illnesses, or those who are concerned about their health and refrain from eating sweets?

We use almond flour and soy flour instead of wheat flour, and natural sweetener Lakanto S instead of sugar to reduce carbohydrates.
No preservatives are used and although they don't have a long shelf life, they are healthy treats.
