"Almond milk", "Almond pulp", "Almond powder" A gluten-free sweets shop made with almonds and rice flour.
We make our own almond milk, which produces almond pulp, similar to the okara used in soy milk. This is called almond pulp, and we make baked goods that mix this almond pulp, or "amopal," into our products. Amopal is our store's trademark, and you won't find it anywhere else.
The name Riz Lie Amande comes from the French words Riz, meaning rice, and Lie Amande, meaning almond pulp (amopal).
