Rather than aiming for good-looking sweets, we make sweets with the thought of how to deliver delicious fruits from our carefully selected farmers.
Domestic fruits delivered directly from farmers, domestic wheat and rice flour, Calpis butter and additive-free cheese, carefully selected domestic ingredients. The taste of kikaki's sweets is dominated by the "ingredients themselves." Even oranges with irregular shapes are actually packed with goodness and deliciousness. By doing business with farmers and producers properly, we can bring out even more. That true deliciousness. At kikaki, we handcraft each product, starting with fruit, as the seasons change and the ingredients change, so that the "goodness of the fruit itself" of all ingredients can shine through.

Cacao is also a fruit. Enjoy the deliciousness of agricultural products without relying too much on sugar, and enjoy a sweet and happy moment.

We basically use cage-free fertilized eggs, but this is not always possible due to production conditions at poultry farms. We leave it to nature and select ingredients as much as possible.

Our signature product, Orangeto, basically uses dark chocolate that does not contain dairy ingredients. We want to deliver the deliciousness of the fruit and the delicate flavor of the variety, so we don't think the sweetness or richness of milk is necessary.

We make our products with the bare minimum of ingredients so that you can enjoy the original flavor of the ingredients.
