A detached cafe and select shop located on the hills of Seta, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo.

We sell food and select items that are in tune with the cycle of nature.

Six criteria for selecting ingredients

○Locally produced and consumed Setagaya vegetables
We purchase fresh vegetables from local producers in Setagaya Ward

○Organic, natural farming vegetable ingredients

○Food from producers you can see
We purchase vegetables directly from relatives, friends, and small farms

○Use unrefined seasonings
No refined salt or sugar is used. We use high-quality unrefined salt and sugar that are rich in minerals and nutrients.

○Animal welfare, antibiotic-free meat
With respect and gratitude for the fact that our bodies are made by the blessings and life of nature, we do not handle mass-produced meat. We also do not use meat that has been treated with antibiotics or hormones.

○Use natural cleaning agents and packaging materials
Towels are washed with baking soda, dishes are washed with coconut detergent, and sewage cleaning is done with Clibio (natto bacteria)
