ビーガンラーメン1100円を頂きました。びっくりするほど野菜の甘みと旨味が凝縮されたスープで、まるでポタージュみたい。店員さんが「味付け塩だけです」と言っていましたが、これだけでかなり美味しい！もはやラーメンとは別の料理にも感じられます。写真の通り野菜も沢山乗っているので、満足感も大です。もう少し安かったらなぁ。
