I'm chakra, a couple who run a restaurant specializing in South Indian cuisine called Meals in Fukuoka, a city where curry lovers gather.

Our restaurant started as a Mexican restaurant in 2006, but after discovering subtractive cuisine, we have gone through many twists and turns, including non-oil curry, and have now become Meals.

Meals is a dish in which various spices are placed in a large bowl (thali) and mixed together before eating.
We offer healthy spice dishes that are mainly made with vegetables and are free of chemical seasonings.

Of course, we also accommodate vegetarians and vegans, so please feel free to come.
