Nuchigusa cafe

This is a vegetarian cafe located within Yoga Retreat Village, kSaNa®, a retreat facility specializing in yoga.
Since ancient times, Ishigaki Island has been an island of ``nurturing life,'' soothing travelers' fatigue and nurturing their energy to embark on another journey. The island's ingredients, called "nuchigusa" (grass of life), supported the travelers. Nuchigusa, grown in the island's natural environment, is rich in nutrients, including the ability to prevent oxidation and aging, the purifying ability to remove toxins and waste products, and the ability to balance the mind and body.
By eating, you become beautiful. We will deliver the precious "grass of life" that has been protected by the people of the island with recipes using Ayurveda and yoga therapy.
