Cafe Tanemura

A vegan cafe in Kumano Town, Hiroshima Prefecture.

With the theme of kindness and healing, we are renovating our grandparents' house and aiming to create a comfortable space.
We use fresh vegetables from our own farm, Gonchan Farm, free of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, and serve them with almost no additives

The menu offers veggie rice cooked in a clay pot with plenty of sauce, vegan soy milk ramen, and soupless dandan noodles topped with soybeans and minced onions.
Sweets change weekly, and we mainly use seasonal ingredients and sweeten them with maple syrup or beet sugar.
For coffee, we use Arms Method to ensure that the beans are thoroughly washed, making them clear and light on the body. For black tea, we offer naturally grown Japanese black tea from Sera Teafactory Gen in Hiroshima Prefecture.

We hope you can enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable time with our delicious food and relaxing atmosphere.

Although it is a vegan specialty store, the owner is neither vegan nor vegetarian, so anyone is welcome to come and visit us.
