The shop is located on the way from Furano city towards the ski resort.
Over 20 types of bread and baked goods made with 100% domestic rice flour are all gluten-free!

A couple with wheat allergies are making baked goods made from rice flour with all their heart for their future health. Many of our customers are people who have been unable to eat bread due to wheat allergies, people who are avoiding gluten for their health, and people whose children have allergies, but of course there are also many people who like rice flour bread!
We are also seeing an increase in the number of people visiting our store from overseas, where gluten-free food is becoming increasingly popular. We would like to convey the charm of rice flour to more people and convey its deliciousness. All of our products are gluten-free, but we also have breads and baked goods that are dairy-free, egg-free, and 8-generation allergen-free.
