"37cafe is a vegetable and fermented food cafe based on the concept of macrobiotics that does not use animal products, white sugar, or chemical seasonings.

We have a wide selection of seasonal vegetables and use home-made fermented seasonings to make meals that are simple and bring out the flavor of the vegetables, allowing you to satisfy both your stomach and soul with just vegetables.

One of the menu, the vegan fruit tart, is gluten-free. The crunchy tart dough and plenty of seasonal fruits go perfectly together, and it's so delicious that you'd never guess it doesn't contain any animal products.

The interior of the store is a soothing space with a ceiling filled with dried flowers and the cuteness of many cat ornaments.
