Bardon Organic Cafe

Kanae Bar, which opened in 2016, has opened an organic cafe in Ginza 1-chome where you can enjoy raw cakes and gluten-free and vegan sandwiches.

You can enjoy cafe menus that can only be tasted here, including our signature nut bars and sprouted nuts, which will make you beautiful from the inside out. (Seasonal raw shortcake, homemade almond milk turmeric latte, 5 types of berry balls, etc.)

All menu items can be taken home.
