Taiwanese food × Japanese traditional culture shop

SAIJIKI has been established as a restaurant that offers cuisine that combines traditional Japanese vegetarian cuisine using the cooking techniques we are proud of, having studied under Mr. Hung Yinlong, a leading figure in the Taiwanese vegetarian cuisine world, at the Taipei Hokke Sooku Restaurant Main Branch. We have opened in Tennoji.

In addition to ingredients and seasonings from Taiwan, we are particular about domestically produced rice, vegetables, and mushrooms, preferentially using organic and low-pesticide products procured from consumer cooperatives and contracted farmers in Nara. .
Since our food is free of animal protein and alcohol, it is a restaurant where not only vegetarians but also people around the world can easily enjoy delicious meals.

Taiwanese vegetarian food is Taiwanese-style vegan food. In addition to animal-based protein ingredients such as meat, seafood, and dairy products, we do not use any animal-derived oils, stock, vegetables called gokan (green onions, garlic, chives, rakkyo, onions), or alcohol. It is a dish to be cooked.

In view of the recent rise in health consciousness and from the perspective of environmental protection, we hope that you will use Sakisaki.

We also aim to create restaurants where you can enjoy a leisurely meal while enjoying traditional Japanese performing arts such as Bunraku.
