Our store strives to provide safe and secure food with no additives.

Hoto's noodles are handmade using pesticide-free flour from Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture. We also have vegan soup stock available.

We also use Koshu miso, which is a combination of local rice koji and barley koji.

The food is handmade from scratch, and unlike other restaurants, it takes time to prepare the food. Thank you for your understanding.

Please enjoy the gentle flavor of hoto without any additives.
