In this era where diversity has expanded and options have increased, we want to deliver kimchi that a variety of people can choose from.

Veggie Plus One's kimchi is characterized by not using animal products or white sugar. Instead, it uses Akkeshi grass salt, which is rich in minerals and has a strong umami flavor, and is made with delicious vegetables that are low in pesticides.
We try to supplement the umami and sweetness by increasing the amount of fruit than usual and using organic brown rice amazake.
It has been well received for its deep umami flavor, even without the use of fish sauce or shrimp, which are the source of the original umami flavor.

People who follow a vegan or vegetarian diet, people who have allergies, people who want to choose something that is as good for their body as possible, and people who choose Veggie Plus One's kimchi have various reasons for choosing it, but it's simply because it's delicious! We will strive to create a store that is loved by many people and who choose us for this reason.

After relocating, we are now serving vegan dishes using kimchi based on Korean cuisine in the newly created cafe space.
