A 12-seat organic café-restaurant in a small detached house in a quiet residential area, renovated from the former residence of photographer Kazuo Kitai. Please spend a quiet and relaxing time in a slightly nostalgic house built around 1975.

We operate foo's cafe Hinoki with the aim of helping you live a healthy, beautiful and enjoyable life.

The ingredients used are as safe as possible, and the seasonings are naturally brewed without additives. The food sweetener uses safe Rakan fructose, the sweets use beet sugar, and no white sugar is used. In addition, we consider the balance of yin and yang throughout the dish, so it is a dish that is gentle on the body. It is especially safe for health-conscious people, macrobiotics, vegans and vegetarians.

Vegan plates, curries, and sweets do not use any animal products, but we also offer healthy meat and fish lunch plates so that everyone can have a delicious and enjoyable time.
