We sell baked sweets and side dishes made with Hokkaido ancient wheat（spelt）and pesticide-free Yukihikari rice flour（ALL VEGAN）.

Popular items on the menu include muffins made with spelled flour from Hokkaido and bento boxes with pesticide-free Yukihikari fermented brown rice.

As much as possible, organically grown vegetables from Hokkaido and fair trade ingredients are used. No refined sugar or chemical seasonings are used.

We purchase from trustworthy farmers and retailers, cherish the thoughts of the producers, and make each one with our hearts.

In addition, the packaging and take-out containers are plastic-free, and the detergents used in the store are all made from earth-friendly materials.
