The menu is still small because it is a rented room, but I hope to increase it in the future.

One of the origins of the store name "ROOT" is the meaning of "root".

I think that vegan is a "way of life" in my interpretation. In other words, we believe that there is something that leads to the "root" of the person.

Another meaning is to support. It also means to support the person's way of life and "belief".
