All menu items are vegan, halal, and five pungent roots free (no green onions, chives, garlic, shallots, or onions). Gluten-free is OK except for shumai.

The fried batter is made of corn flakes, and the gyoza skin is made of rice flour, making it gluten-free.

There are two types of gluten-free ramen and cold noodles that use konjac noodles: Zhasai sesame flavor and chili tomato flavor. Both are topped with plenty of celery and are full of volume.

Medicinal curry is made by stewing abundant vegetables in a pressure cooker. Most of the thickening ingredients are vegetable fibers. A spicy curry that allows you to enjoy the umami and sweetness of the original vegetables. The herbal medicine warms the body with the effects of toki, ginseng, and Astragalus to enhance nourishment and tonicity.
