Locavono Takahata store

We launched this shop, Locavono, with the concept of "health comes from food." The name of our shop, Locavono, is a combination of "low carb" meaning low sugar and "buono" meaning delicious in Italian. We offer low sugar products, vegan products that do not use animal products, and gluten-free products. The human body is made up of what we eat, and we believe that daily meals are important, so we have our own workshop and farm, and we make and provide safe, secure, and healthy products. In our workshop, we do not use any synthetic chemical additives such as colorings, flavorings, or preservatives, and we also do not use sugar or artificial sweeteners, and we carefully hand-make each product one by one. Low sugar bread made with bran flour and bread made with low-allergen spelt flour grown in-house are vegan products, and are baked fresh every morning in our shop. The most popular product is the vegan vegetable sandwich made with low sugar bran bread. We also have gluten-free baked goods and low sugar puddings. We grow organic or reduced-pesticide vegetables and rice in our own farm. We purchase from our own farm every morning and sell safe, secure and fresh products. As a store that specializes in health, we will support the health of everyone, including health-conscious people, pregnant women, people with allergies, people with diabetes, and those who want to improve their diet.
