We have reopened as a loco moco specialty store at the end of 2023.

In order to make our loco moco available to customers who cannot or do not want to eat animal-based ingredients, we use only tofu, onions, bread crumbs, seasonings, and spices without using meat, eggs, or dairy products. We have created a veggie burg that has the texture of a hamburger steak as much as possible.

The taco rice loco moco on the menu can be changed to vegan loco moco by removing the fried egg, cheese, and mayonnaise sauce.

If you wish, you can omit the fried egg or cheese from other loco moco menus, so please feel free to ask our staff.

Since veggie burgers cannot be mass-produced, we only offer them in limited quantities, so we recommend making reservations (you can also take lunch boxes to go).
