Teruusa is a little unusual in downtown Sakai, but they grow their own vegetables and sell the harvested and dried vegetables at the store, and although not 100% of the vegetables are harvested in season, they serve them on the menu. I do things like that.

We have been growing vegetables for over 10 years without using pesticides or chemical fertilizers, aiming to cultivate in harmony with nature.

When you grow vegetables, you can't just harvest beautiful vegetables.
There are quite a few vegetables that come out that are in bad shape or have scratches.

I don't want to waste those vegetables. Even if it's in bad shape or has scratches, it takes a lot of work, but it's still edible.

I want you to enjoy eating vegetables to the end, even if it takes a lot of effort.
Teruusa Farm & Kitchen was created with this in mind.
Reservations are required for the lunch menu, but in the summer we offer shaved ice made with homemade syrup. In winter, handmade zenzai with dumplings made with pumpkin is popular.
Since I am working alone, please understand that we may sell out, have sudden holidays, or change the menu.
