Sukham is a South Indian word (Malayalam) and is Fine! Or Good! means.
We serve Fine Food at this yoga cafe.

That's Fine Food! Happiness without sacrificing anything. It's a meal that makes everyone smile and happy.
A yogic diet is, of course, vegetarian food.
