Due to our location, we have many foreign customers, and as we were considering ways to accommodate food diversity, we discovered last year that our eldest daughter was allergic to wheat flour. We aim to create a restaurant where everyone can enjoy delicious food in the same way, taking into account various philosophies and cultures, regardless of whether they have allergies or not. We are gradually preparing a menu that accommodates people with allergies.
