A gluten-free specialty restaurant run by a former French chef. We make various dishes from curry.

We especially recommend using as little oil as possible, and we don't have any fried foods. Trans fatty acid free.
We can accommodate customers who are concerned about calories or who have dietary restrictions.

It doesn't use wheat flour, and there are different types of soy sauce, so you can avoid it.
We also do not use sugar derived from sugarcane.
