We run a vegan bakery opposite Moriyama Elementary School in Moriyama City, Shiga Prefecture, with the concept of ""everyday bread that everyone can eat.""

All flour used is domestically produced wheat. Some of our products use wheat flour from Shiga Prefecture.

There is a little more hard bread, and the more you chew, the more you can feel the aroma of wheat and the sweetness of domestic wheat.

We also have red bean paste, which are made with beet sugar.

Around 11 o'clock is the time when you can find a wide variety of freshly baked breads.
